Once you reach your 18 in-home visits or 36 virtual consultations, your membership counts as fulfilled, and the full year’s membership fee becomes due immediately.

Visits and consultations may accrue within the calendar year; nevertheless, none roll over into the next.

Each virtual consultation lasts 15 minutes.

After-hours coverage requires an additional fee, giving you the option to extend your access if needed.

Controlled substance prescribing is available starting with the Premier Plan and continues at Premier-Plus, Diamond, and Executive levels.
