Was tired of dealing with miles of red tape, not getting calls back and having to fight for time with the doctor. I feel like Dr. Miller really listens to my concerns, spends as much time as I need explaining test results, answering questions or offering suggestions or support for chronic health issues. Have also been great about referring to specialists when required and working within confines of my insurance for tests and other services. Would highly recommend!Posted on Google

I have lived all over Arizona and California and am certain this is the best care and practice you can find when in need of general medical care, urgent care, late night care, house calls, comprehensive care and outstanding support and bedside manner. If you are lucky enough to schedule with Doctor Duan Copeland, you must!!! He has saved my life and he has been the best over physician/ Medical Provider that both my husband and I have ever have. When looking into concierge medicine and uncertain that this route or practice is right for you or if you wonder whether home visits and Telehealth is right for you, don't hesitate because it changed my life! I have been looking for a primary provider and a primary care practice that I could depend on to give me honest, thorough, compassionate, and comprehensive. I am forty four years old and I have been through a few primary care clinics and providers. I felt like no one ever listened to me and it was always a fight to get them to understand my needs. Ive had trouble with PCP helping me with next steps to see a specialists when needed as well. About a year and a half ago I had a late night urgent need to speak with a provider for a very concerning and painful issue that was impacting my entire body. I drove all over and every urgent care was closed and ER had hours and hours of waiting in agony. My husband and I decided to give concierge a try. We called around and really felt Desert Mobile Medical was our best option. They responded immediately, they asked all the right questions, they made the registration and profile set up a breeze. The prices, plans, and options are fair and very reasonable, sometimes out of pocket is less expensive in the long run. It has been for us. The staff are the best part of the practice. The practice manager Liz is incredible. Shes so kind, understanding, reasonable, communicative, timely, and always responsive. She knows everything about my and my husband’s health and is very discreet, respectful, compassionate, and on top of everything. As far as providers… well I have met with 3 providers at Desert Mobile, and they were all great and thorough but Dr. Duane Copeland is my now primary care provider and I can say with absolute certainty, he is the greatest provider I have had. His medical experience, hos knowledge, bed side manner, respect, professionalism, expertise, and after care is overall five out of five stars. He is like a member of our family even our dogs love him. When he provides house visits, he listens to my every concern with absolute care, he's attentive, asking thorough questions, he discusses all of our options, goes over everything we need to, and he always asks before leaving if there anything else he can do for us. He always follows up with tele heath visits to see how I am coming along and we meet with him regularly. I have a long list of medical issues and needs and they have been the best for treating my needs and giving me the best care and advice. They’ve made this tough journey so much easier for our family. Everything is more than reasonably priced and you get so much out of the care. All transactions and appointments are handled appropriately through the office management and never something that is discussed with the provider, which i find very appropriate and professional. Don’t hesitate to call them and schedule appointments. They are the best you will find. Im grateful they care for us and grateful I feel 99% better than I did 6 months ago.
