Convience and Excellence has been my experience with Dr. Goel. When I heard about home visits I was like…..What?!!! We’re getting a Dr. that comes to our home? Did I just win the lottery or something?!! 😉 Seriously, with little ones at home, who has the time and energy to schlep everyone in the car, drive around town and wait for who knows how long in a Dr’s office with little kids that may or may not be acting like they just drank a case of energy drinks. I introduced my girlfriend, (Lia) soon to be new bride to Dr Goel.

Lia has been suffering from the horrible symptoms of vasculitis since 2018 or earlier. Lia’s Dad had vasculitis and passed after being in remission for thirty years.

USC Hospital diagnosed Lia with Vasculitis in 2019 but sent her away without treatment because of COVID.

Lia went down to 84 pounds. She had nearly given up hope until our meeting with Dr. Goel.

In the first 15 minutes of his examine he listened, with compassion to what Lia had been going through.

He asked about Lia’s Dad, how long he had it. He identified symptoms and asked about others.

He prescribed a significant dose of prednisone and within a couple of days she has found hope again.

Now Lia just waited on a couple of more blood tests to see if she can get on Cytoxin, a chemo Tablet that put her dad in remission for 30 years.

Thank you Dr. Paresh for that hope. Thank you for your compassion and honesty, things I believe are in your oath.

I met Dr. Goel several months ago and liked the idea of having a concierge doctor as apposed dealing with our current broken system and waiting a month to schedule an appointment.

Unlike doctors working in the standard system where large insurance companies dictate a level of care Dr Goel is free to actually treat a patient properly with no restraints and develop a level of care suitable for the individual.

Different testing such as lab work , echo cardiograms and any medications are provide at a fraction of the cost. Huge discounts!

I’ve found Dr Goel to be an extremely intelligent individual who is absolutely dedicated to his patients and takes the time to explain the direction for his recommended level of care. Dr. Goel is very professional and personable. Blood work, no problem, they come to your home also and the cost is so much better than going to a lab. It is wonderful having physician services in the comfort of your own home and the cost is affordable.

What if your doctor came to you? If he spent more than 10 mins with you to really understand YOU and your medical concerns, created a comfortable environment and allowed time for a real conversation without staring at a watch.

Anyone who knows me personally knows I have met with my fair share of doctors in my life. I was completely blown away at the level of service Dr. Goel provides. His attention to detail, follow-up and the amount of time he spent with me to really understand my needs was refreshing .

I called Dr. Goel because I had an abnormal finding in a breast ultrasound. I had to wait 3 months for a MRI through my regular physician. Dr. Goel got me in for a MRI the following day. I was looking for an in-home service for my mother who is bedridden with severe rheumatoid arthritis, and as such experiences incredibly pain and stress just moving into a wheelchair. While calling around, I was referred by an emergency care nurse to Desert Mobile Medical. I am only sorry I didn’t look earlier. Dr. Goel was patient and professional. The first person to come out was Burgess, and she was incredibly attentive, reassuring, and thorough. Every single specialist that has come out to my home has been kind and competent and wonderful.
