Thank you for shopping at Desert Mobile Medical, PLC.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
All refund and return requests are subject to review by our clinical and administrative teams. Our goal is to resolve each issue fairly and quickly. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to serve your wellness needs.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpreting Our Return & Refund Policy Terms
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Desert Mobile Medical, PLC
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the website and shall constitute actual goods or products.
“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
“Services” refers to the actions performed by licensed professionals on our HIPAA compliant platform for telemedicine services or in person services.
“Website” refers to Desert Mobile Medical, accessible from https://desertmobilemedical.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Products Refund Policy
We take great care in sourcing and delivering high-quality medical and wellness products. For safety and regulatory reasons, the following guidelines apply:
Non-Returnable Items: Due to health regulations, most of our products, including prescription medications, supplements, injectables, and opened wellness goods, are not eligible for return or refund.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit after review.
Unopened, Unused Products: Select unopened and unused over-the-counter items may be eligible for a return within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Services Refund Policy
Because our services are personalized, time-sensitive, and require licensed medical professionals, we are generally unable to offer refunds for services rendered. However, we understand that circumstances may arise. Please review the following:
Your appointments are important to Desert Mobile Medical, as they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectively request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations and adjustments.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and our clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked weeks ago. Effective January 01, 2024 a cancellation fee will apply.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a credit card will be required to hold your appointment. You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge, anytime 24 hours preceding that start time of your appointment.
Less than 24-hours’ notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled services(s). If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged 100% of the scheduled services(s).
Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent upon appointment setting and also 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by text message.
The cancelation policy allows us the time to inform our clients on our waitlist of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 -hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment
Unsatisfactory Experience:If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact our patient care team within 48 hours of your visit. We will evaluate concerns on a case-by-case basis to determine if a partial credit or alternative service may be appropriate.
Membership Services:Memberships are non-refundable once billed. However, you may cancel future billing with at least 30 days’ written notice to our email address, admin@desertmobilemedical.com. If you have requested and have filled any prescription medications that have refills allocated to them, unfortunately, you will have to remain a patient under membership until those prescription refills are finished.
