Dr. Paresh Goel has over 14 years of experience in healthcare, working in areas such as Hospital Medicine, Private Practice, Hospice, and Rehabilitation & Recovery.

Dr. Goel has successfully founded numerous start-up companies that continue to thrive today. Currently, he serves as the President & Founder of Desert Mobile Medical | Concierge Physicians, Nourish IV, and Semaglutide Physician, while also holding positions on the boards of several non-profit organizations.

Driven by a commitment to delivering superior patient care and leveraging cutting-edge medical technology, Dr. Goel founded Desert Mobile Medical | Concierge Physicians in 2018. His goal was to bring comfort, convenience, and transparency to a healthcare industry often burdened by poor customer service and lack of clarity. The cornerstone of Desert Mobile Medical is its House Call service, offering personalized care directly to patients.

In 2021, Dr. Paresh Goel expanded his vision with the launch of Nourish IV, offering the same world-class service for IV Nutritional Therapy to patients across the Phoenix Metro Valley as provided through Desert Mobile Medical.

In 2022, he achieved further success by founding Semaglutide Physician, delivering top-tier care and results in Medical Weight Loss.

In 2024, Dr. Paresh Goel reached a new pinnacle in his career by launching High Cadence Health, a crowning achievement designed exclusively for astute, elite, and discerning patients.
