Aalia Avelin, N.M.D. is our Naturopathic & Integrative Medicine Physician, Medical Aesthetics & PRP Expert.

Originally from Connecticut, she moved to Arizona to attend Sonoran University of Health Sciences, where she earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. She is an expert in hormone restoration, chronic disease, IV therapy, medical aesthetics, preventative medicine, primary care, as well as regenerative medicine.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Aalia serves as an instructor at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (PIHMA) and as an Instructor for the University of Bridgeport’s Regenerative Medicine Course, where she teaches medical students and professionals prolotherapy, PRP, and advanced injection therapies.

Her passion for medicine was inspired by her mother’s struggle with chronic illness, which instilled a lifelong desire to root-cause healing and whole-person care. She uses a holistic approach in her care that addresses physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing to quickly restore health and lasting vitality.

Dr. Avelin empowers her patients to not only look their best but to feel deeply aligned in their health. She also brings over 12 years of experience as a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, weaving breathwork, meditation, and guided imagery into her patient care. She is a mother to a wonderful teenager, loves to cook, paint, and paddle down the Salt River with her family.
