  Same-day virtual appointments with one of our experienced physicians (You keep the same physician).

• One (1) House Call every other month or Six (6) Visits per year (Priority Over Non-Members)
  A full head-to-toe exam delivered in the privacy and convenience of your own home from your very own physician.

• Medication Refills (Non-controlled substances only / Non-urgent Meds Refilled)
  Get essential prescriptions refilled without the need for a doctor’s visit.

• Access to Mobile Labs (Extra Fees Apply)
  We’ll schedule a mobile phlebotomist to come to your home and draw labs.

• Access to Mobile Imaging (Extra Fees Apply)
  We’ll schedule a mobile radiology technician to come to your home to perform either an X-ray, Ultrasound, Echocardiogram or EKG.

• Access to Mobile IV Services (Extra Fees Apply)
  We’ll schedule a mobile nurse to come to your home to deliver IV drips and medications.

• Access to Mobile Physical Therapy Services (Extra Fees Apply)
  We’ll schedule a mobile physical therapist to come to your home to perform physical therapy with you.

  We’ll schedule a mobile massage therapist to come to your home to perform massage therapy on you.
