Preventative Care Services

You will obtain a Coronary CT Angiogram at one of our partner facilities located in numerous cities throughout the valley. We will then send this study to Cleerly Health for Analysis.

You will obtain a Blood Draw (Phlebotomy) by a licensed phlebotomist. We will send that blood to Cardio Diagnostics and they will provide us with the results which a provider will review with you.

A licensed radiology technician come to your home and will perform an ultrasound of your heart and we will obtain a board-certified cardiologist official report which a physician will review with you

A technician will come to your location to perform an (EKG/ECG) which is an electric recording of your heart. You will receive the report within 24-48hrs. You may schedule a review with our physicians (Extra Fee).

You will obtain a Whole Body MRI at one of our partner facilities located in numerous cities throughout the valley. A physician will then review the report/results with you.

A licensed NP will come to your home to perform the test. The sample will be sent to Lucid Diagnostics to obtain your result. A physician will review the results with you.

A licensed phlebotomist will come to your home to draw blood which will be sent to Exact Sciences. They will send a report to us and a physician will review the results with you.

A kit will be mailed to you and you will submit a sample which is mailed back to Exact Sciences. A physician will review the results with you once we receive it back

A licensed gastroenterologist (GI) will perform a conoscopy at their Scottsdale location. You will receive your results which will then be reviewed by the GI doctor with you.

You will obtain a Screening Mammogram at one of our partner facilities located in numerous cities throughout the valley. A physician will then review the report/results with you.
