Dr. Paresh Goel, MD

Dr. Goel has been in practice since 2010 and is the founder of Desert Mobile Medical | Concierge Physicians. He grew up in the New York Metro area and completed his B.S. & M.B.A. in Finance & Economics at St John’s University in NY. He attended his medical school at M.S. Ramaiah Medical College in India, and he completed both his Internship & Residency programs at Brookdale University Medical Center in NY. While in residency, he excelled in clinical practice. He is a great listener and has an impeccable bedside manner. Though insurance-based practice kept him with his computer more than his patients. That’s when he realized there needed to be a better method of health care delivery to his patients, thus creating Desert Mobile Medical | Concierge Physicians, which focuses on house calls which allows him to spend the quality of time that his patients so greatly deserve.

Paresh Goel, MD is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has worked in Hospital Medicine at the Lake Havasu Regional Medical Center, Banner Thunderbird, and at HonorHealth Shea & Osborn campuses, as well as Banner Baywood & The Heart Institute. He has honed his skills as a Primary Care Physician, Geriatrician & Internist in private practice & being employed at Geriatric Solutions. He has served as a Hospice Director for Hospice of the Valley in the recent past as well. While working in all these heavily laden health insurance sectors, Dr. Goel realized how much health insurance was taking away from the availability of the physician to the patients and that the doctor was no longer working for the patient, but in reality for a health insurance company or a government entity.

He is currently the Medical Director for Modern Recovery Services & Springboard Recovery, as well as sitting on the board for some non-profit organizations.

Continually striving to provide superior patient care along with the bleeding edge, state of the art medical technology, Dr. Goel started Desert Mobile Medical | Concierge Physicians in 2018 aiming to provide comfort, convenience and transparency in a healthcare industry that is stifled with poor customer service and opaqueness. The cornerstone of Desert Mobile Medical | Concierge Physicians is the service of House Calls.

Dr Goel provides house calls in much the same way it used to occur before health insurance plans got in the way of the patient-doctor relationship. Desert Mobile Medical | Concierge Physicians truly is the throwback of yesteryear when things were just done right the first time.

He has a wonderfully cute daughter of 2 years of age whom he loves to spend time with. He loves to read up on world history and has a passion for cooking.

Dr Goel is also a National Speaker on Health & Wellness, a published author, and is fond of teaching the up and coming generation of future doctors.

Dr. Paresh is very knowledgeable, listens, and takes his time to discuss your health concerns! My mom had an excellent visit with the dr. He adjusted some of her medications that she has been on for years. She now has more energy and not so fatigued. Thank you so much for taking time and following up with my mom.

FAQ
Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is a model of healthcare that puts patients first by getting rid of the red tape by which most other traditional practices are restricted.
The terms are often used interchangeably and essentially refer to the same principles. Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model focused on putting the patient first. That means treating them when they need it, never rushing patients through appointments, and being proactive with healthcare treatment plans. The doctor-patient relationship is just as the name suggests – direct. Direct Primary Care practices don’t accept insurance, rather they choose to work directly with the patient, providing wholesale labs, deeply discounted prescription prices, and other costs savings along the way.

We have cut the red tape of bureaucracy. The restrictions that typically leave physicians in a traditional healthcare setting buried in nonsense paperwork are lifted through Direct Care, allowing us to spend our time where it counts: with patients. In refusing to recognize any interference with the sanctity of the patient-physician relationship, we have returned primary care medicine to its root values of clinical excellence for and compassionate knowledge of every patient. In every aspect of internal medicine healthcare and custom healthcare, we promise accessibility, convenience, and affordability.
Of course. We might argue that everyone benefits from a service tailored directly to them. That’s why we offer truly custom healthcare. Our practice is devoted to the maintenance of your good health, to the enhancements of your daily experience that only physical well-being can bring. We’re here for your reactive needs. But proactive healthcare is important, and we’re here for that, too.

At Desert Mobile Medical, we have the gift of time. Even better? We get to give the gift of time. Large amounts of precious, irretrievable time are given to you as you wish. Every visit, for whatever reason, will be easygoing in its absolute thoroughness, relaxed in answering your questions and addressing the need of the moment. Then, as the months and years go by, we’ll build a comprehensive, intimate knowledge of your health, invaluable understanding available in no other regimen of care.

No. Happily, no. Perhaps the most critical distinction in our model of care centers on a direct, personal relationship between you and your doctor. That directness carries over to our business model as well. While the tender mercies of an insurance company might apply to the fixing of a damaged fender on your automobile, we see no reason for any insurer to have a voice about either the quality or the cost of your care.

We forgo insurance payments in order to save our patients from the arbitrary, intrusive decisions that inevitably follow with third-party payors. Furthermore, this direct fee-for-services arrangement frees us from the typical contractual agreements that prevent physicians from offering wholesale prices on laboratory tests, imaging, and medications.

Yes. We recommend our patients continue a major medical plan with a high deductible and health savings account to ensure financial help should hospitalization or referral to a specialist be necessary. We’re happy to refer you to insurance representatives who can help customize an insurance plan to your specific needs.
Absolutely. We’re fortunate to work with the industry leaders in health insurance who build custom plans that remove much of the waste and inefficiency from a typical, bloated policy. We’ve been able to save families nearly $1,000/month and many businesses up to 50% while providing a higher level of care. If you’re interested in speaking with a health insurance expert, contact John Fidelo at 623-465-2792.
Yes. You need only sign a one-time waiver declaring that neither you nor your doctor will directly bill Medicare for our services. Medicare will still cover any laboratory testing, imaging, medications, or hospitalizations prescribed by our offices.
We encourage you to speak to your tax consultant for further information regarding this matter.
In providing superb care with unprecedented sorts of access, we seek to prevent or reduce hospitalizations and specialty referrals. In instances where those types of care are required, we will certainly continue to work with your hospitalist during your hospital stay as well as work closely with any specialist. In some cases, depending on the level of care and the sorts of expertise required, we may rely on those specialized caregivers to manage your treatment. We may also accompany you on your specialist visit, to further assist in your care. We will also come to visit any hospitalized patient to provide comfort during your time in need.
Unfortunately, no. We provide internal medicine-based primary care and can only see 18+ years of age individuals.
By all means, yes! Because illness and injury do not respect regular office hours, you may call your physicians any day, at any hour. If you prefer, you may also use our secure patient portal to access your medical record and then e-mail your physician. It’s how we do custom personalized healthcare. You can even get connected via text and video conferencing if that suits your needs.
Naturally, we provide such care – yet another freedom we enjoy together as a result of Desert Mobile Medical’s independence from the restrictions of third-party payment. Because we know you well, we can streamline your care when you’re sick away from home. Many illnesses can be diagnosed and treated with a simple conversation by phone, email, text, or video conferencing. We’ll locate the nearest pharmacy and order the medications most appropriate for your circumstances.
We maintain scrupulous standards of privacy. We are never obligated to provide any third party with a copy of your records unless you specifically ask that we do so.
Schedule a free, unconditional visit at your home or office to discuss your healthcare needs. It’s the only reasonable way to begin what we trust will be a long, productive, healthy relationship. Get in touch here
